​​Hind Fraihi

Hind Fraihi is a journalist at Apache. She is the author of the book Undercover in Little Morocco, in which she documented the rise of the jihad in Molenbeek in 2005. This gave the starting signal for further journalistic undercover operations. She conducted a lengthy investigation for the BBC into the terror attacks in Barcelona and investigated the presence of right-wing and Islamic extremism in Europe for the American television channel Fusion. This resulted in the documentary Radicals Rising. This past academic year she was the holder of the Willy Calewaert chair at the VUB. In 2021 she wrote with Bas Bogaerts Behind the shield of the extreme right (Pelckmans).
