Karmen Turk (mag iur) is a litigation attorney and partner at pan-baltic Triniti Law Firm with an expertise in artificial intelligence regulations, human rights, intellectual property, and media law in Estonia and beyond (e.g. she has represented clients in European Court of Human Rights as well European Court of Justice). Karmen is a visiting lecturer in IT Law at the University of Tartu for subjects of IP as well as human rights in information society.
Currently, she is also an expert in the Council of Europe committee of experts that is tasked to compile a draft recommendation on Strategic Lawsuits against Public Participation.
